Governor Presents Banner

Members of the Board of Governors of The Society of St Andrew of Scotland (Qld) and representatives of other Scottish organisations attended Government House where the Governor, Her Excellency, Ms Quentin Bryce, AC., presented the Piper's Banner to Pipe Major Roddy Macdonald of The Queensland Police Pipes and Drums. The banner will be attached to Roddy's pipes and will be carried when the band performs at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
